Top 4 star hotel with over 100 rooms in Oxfordshire seeks an experienced Senior Conference Co-ordinator with previous conference sales experience in hotels. You will be converting potential business into actual business, upselling the facilities, completing function sheets, account management and be responsible for reactive conference sales. You will develop relationships with clients while overseeing the conference office. This office based role requires motivation, organisational skills and high standards of sales ability. This is an excellent opportunity and would suit a Conference Co-ordinator who has plenty of good hotel experience who is looking for a new challenge and a step up.
